Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available if the license key has not been used or activated. Once a license key has been redeemed, entered into the loader or otherwise activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via our Discord server within 24 hours of purchase. You must provide your order ID and proof of purchase. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• The license key has been used or activated
• The software was detected or caused a ban on your account
• You changed your mind after purchase
• Your system does not meet the requirements
• More than 24 hours have passed since purchase

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
